About 10 new jobs are created in the SEMA company group every year.

An essential part of these jobs form several apprentices educated from SEMA
yearly. Fields of vocational education are mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronic and metal cutting engineering.

Another part of our employees has finished a higher technical education (HTL) or technical colleges (FH). We offer all our young school-leavers the chance to complete their education (graduated engineer) in the fields control engineering, construction, project engineering and project management.

In order to maintain our rapid expansion, we are always looking for engaged employees with a finished vocational training.
